Understand the claims process

Help is one call away

No matter what the damage to your property—wind, water, fire or otherwise—we believe processing a claim should be quick and simple. After your claim has been submitted, a member of our Claims Department will contact you within one business day and you’ll receive individualized attention from one of our local adjusters so that you’re back in your home as soon as possible.

After you submit a claim, a member of our Claims Department will contact you within one business day. Be sure to have personal information (name, phone number, alternate address) and property information (property address, type of loss) handy.

If you Have Water Damage

Please do the following:

  • Make sure the source of water is turned off.
  • Clean up the damage as quickly as possible and save any and all damaged items.
  • Contact your property manager if you live in a multi-unit dwelling/condominium unit.


If You Have wind Damage

Please do the following:

  • Clean up the damage as quickly as possible and save any and all damaged items.
  • If you have standing water from rain or a hole in a room, we will try to provide you with a preferred water dry-out vendor or preferred tarp vendor.


If You have fire damage:

Please do the following:

  • Contact Us.
  • We'll try to provide you with a Preferred Board Up/Smoke Damage Vendor.
