We Have Weathered The Storms

Since opening our doors in 2005, Florida Peninsula has grown to serve over 140,000 Florida residents. We attribute this success to our extensive management experience, our robust financial stability and our exceptional customer service.

Florida Peninsula Insurance Company opened its doors in May 2005, with the assumption of 35,000 Wind policies. Within three months, we met our first challenge with Hurricane Dennis. In the same year, two other major storms hit the state of Florida and processed more than 10,000 claims.

Our experiences of successfully handling the devastation of 2005 brought with it additional knowledge allowing us to further improve our policy and procedures to streamline the handling of the storms which followed.

Since 2005, we have grown to be one of the ten largest homeowner carriers in the state with over 120,000 policyholders. We attribute our growth in the challenging industry to our partnering relationships with our agents and insureds and to the experience and dedication of our entire team.
